These Terms of Service (these "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and RosePi Robotics Inc., doing business as Volosophy (collectively, "Volosophy," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms apply to your access to and use of:
• the Volosophy mobile application, including the iOS application;
• the official Volosophy website;
• Volosophy Beta testing and early-access programs;
• Al-powered tennis video analysis, automatic clipping, training recommendations, and related features;
• features related to connectivity with Volosophy or Volos hardware products; and •any other products, software, features, content, or services that reference or link to these Terms.
The foregoing are collectively referred to below as the "Services."
By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
